Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At the Canadian Centre for Advanced Training and Teaching (CCATT), we are committed to providing high-quality professional development and educational content. However, we understand that there may be instances where a course does not meet your specific needs.
Our refund policy lasts 48 hours. You have a window of 48 hours from the exact time of purchase to enquire about and request a refund. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange/transfer.
Eligibility for Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered online, “returning” a product follows different criteria than physical goods. To be eligible for a refund within the 48-hour window:
- Request Timing: You must submit your request via email to info@ccatt.ca within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Course Progress: We may decline a refund request if our system data shows that you have completed a significant portion of the course (e.g., more than 20%) or if you have already completed the final assessment and/or received a certificate of completion.
- Downloadable Materials: If the course includes downloadable resources (PDFs, templates, software) that have already been downloaded, a refund may be denied or only partially granted.
Non-returnable items include:
- Downloadable software products or digital resources that have already been accessed
- Courses purchased more than 48 hours ago
Refunds Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Once your refund request is received, we will review your account activity and course progress. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the criteria above.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that credit card processing times vary by bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or courses purchased using a promotional discount code cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (Course Transfers)
We do not offer “exchanges” in the traditional sense. However, if you purchased the wrong module by mistake (e.g., you bought TPI-01 but intended to buy TPI-02), please contact us immediately.
